What size urn do I need for an adult?

A standard adult cremation urn holds about 200 cubic inches, based on the rule that 1 pound of healthy body weight equals roughly 1 cubic inch of ashes. Can I personalise an urn with a name or dates?

Yes. Most designs can be ordered with custom engraving — a name, dates, and a short message — by choosing the Personalise option on the product page. Your personalisation request is reviewed by our team before production begins.

What is a keepsake urn used for?

A keepsake is a small urn (our 3-inch keepsake holds 2–3 tablespoons of ashes) that lets several family members each keep a small portion of a loved one's ashes, or display a small urn beside the main one. Several designs come bundled with 1, 2, or 4 matching keepsakes.

What are your urns made of?

Our urns are handcrafted in India from durable aluminium with a smooth, high-gloss protective finish and a secure threaded screw-top lid. Our Classic line has a glossy ceramic-style coating with a domed lid and finial detail, designed for indoor display.

How long does production take?

Because every urn is made to order and often personalised, please allow a 1–2 business day production time for creation, customisation, and quality inspection before your order is dispatched. Orders are not produced or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?

Shipping is free on every order. Orders ship via FedEx or DHL Express, with typical delivery of about 7–10 days after production. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships (tracking activates within 24 hours).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all customs duties and taxes are included in your checkout price. There are no surprise fees on delivery.

Can a cremation urn be buried?

Yes. Our urns are suitable for home display, columbarium placement, or cemetery burial. If you plan to bury the urn, please confirm urn-vault requirements with your chosen cemetery beforehand, as these vary by location.

What if my urn arrives damaged?

Urns are fragile and we package every order in premium, shock-absorbent materials. In the rare case of damage, save all packaging, photograph the item and the box, and email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can fast-track a replacement.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be fully satisfied. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right. Please note that because items are made to order, an order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped — contact us before you receive your tracking email if you need to cancel.
